Responsibilities: Oversee the continuous process improvement of revenue initiatives utilizing key internal data. Coordinate and collaborate with leadership to en- sure timely resolution to revenue cycle issues. Track revenue cycle metrics and associated benchmarks to identify and replicate best practice improve-ment opportunities. Adhere to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure regulatory compliance. The position is also responsible for the improvement of key revenue cycle performance indica- tors and improving cash collections by improving the bad debt ratio; reducing days in accounts receivable; improving data entry; identifying and resolving unbilled claims and reducing denials from payers. The individual will also provide revenue cycle monitoring and improvements that support the strategic initiatives of ADMS. Requirements: BA/BS required, MBA preferred, 5+ years of progressive revenue cycle management experience in a healthcare environment, preferably within the dialy- sis industry. Candidates are expected to possess an intimate knowledge of the QMS/QCS system. Skill(s): General understanding of all revenue cycle functions and interrelationships. Position requires high level of self mo- tivation and initiative. Pro\037cient written, verbal and presentation skills required. Hands on experience and knowledge in budgeting, process improvement, payer relations, AR management and systems development/implementation.
